Banana almond smoothie
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp peanut butter (I used maple pb) any nut butter would work
.5 oz raw almonds
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste, also for garnish
some ice:) blend and enjoy.

The key to working smarter- not longer- is to keep your heart rate elevated, your body moving, and the resistance challenging! I spend about 30 minutes on weights, tack on some cardio, and I’m out in a little over an hour. But to make that happen I walk in with my headphones on and ready to work….
